ISTANBUL, Turkey, Feb 4, 2010 (AFP) - Paris has urged its partners in the A400M project to provide up to an extra 1.5 billion euros to get the military carrier off the ground, on top of two billion already envisaged, Defence Minister Herve Morin said Thursday.
